We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Delivery is available across India.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. For metro cities, delivery is typically faster at 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available for urgent orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order in the 'My Orders' section of your account.
Do you deliver to all pincodes in India?
We deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product page to check delivery availability and estimated delivery time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Custom-made wallpapers are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect.
How do I initiate a return or replacement?
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll guide you through the return/replacement process within 24 hours.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
